ANOTECH is looking for an experienced Pipe Mill Company Representative (Carbon Steel OR Stainless Steel) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for quality professionals and inspectors seeking to contribute to major industrial, pipeline, and manufacturing projects while working alongside leading operators, contractors, and suppliers. The Pipe Mill Company Representative will be responsible for supporting clients in the monitoring, surveillance, and inspection of pipe manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and quality requirements. What You’ll Do Participate in project and quality meetings when required. Monitor pipe mill manufacturing activities and ensure compliance with approved procedures and specifications. Supervise and coordinate inspection personnel to achieve project quality objectives. Coordinate communication between inspectors, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors. Witness manufacturing, testing, inspection, and qualification activities. Perform surveillance of production, coating, welding, NDT, hydrotesting, and dimensional control activities. Conduct routine facility audits and walkdowns and issue findings reports. Review inspection and surveillance reports, escalating technical or quality concerns where necessary. Assess and audit contractor, subcontractor, and vendor quality systems and implementation. Support the development and execution of surveillance and inspection plans. Verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, project specifications, and client requirements. Monitor implementation of Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs. Track non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are properly implemented. Compile quality performance data and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. Prepare and issue detailed inspection and progress reports. Provide technical support and coordination assistance as requested by the client. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in pipe manufacturing inspection, quality assurance, welding, coating, or related industrial activities. Strong understanding of pipe mill processes including manufacturing, heat treatment, coating, testing, and inspection. Ability to interpret and apply applicable international codes and standards. Ability to review and understand specifications, drawings, procedures, datasheets, and manufacturing records. High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent industry experience. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Familiarity with electronic reporting systems and digital inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications Valid industry certifications are highly desirable, including: AWS CWI CSWIP 3.1 / 3.2 CWB Level II API 510 API 570 API 653 NACE / AMPP Level 1, 2 or 3 ASNT Level II or III CGSB NDT Level II or III ISO 9712 Certifications Experience inspecting: Line Pipe Manufacturing Longitudinal and Spiral Welded Pipe Seamless Pipe Production Coating Plants Pipe Mills serving Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Pipeline Projects Willingness to travel based on project requirements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
