As a Senior Product Manager you will support and manage efforts of a
multi-disciplinary development team delivering technically and commercially sound
innovative or enhanced component / system definitions and designs.

AS A SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Analyse consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an
ROI and build vs. buy perspective
Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
Innovate and demonstrate new ideas and features to stakeholders
Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams
delivering achievable development programs creating timelines and roadmaps to
Contribute towards product strategy and vision, taking overall responsibility for
the success of your product
Meet regularly with all stakeholders, including developers, marketing, clients,
finance and company heads
Collect analyse and respond to user feedback
Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement of existing product(s),
gathering and evaluating ideas and opinions
Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion to meet customer and market needs
and to drive competitive advantage
Lead and manage product enhancement projects
Collaborate in and support successful delivery of NPI projects.
Attend conferences and events related to a product or market sector and conduct
research into competitors and similar products
Implement marketing campaigns to inspire and motivate colleagues and potential
users of the product
Estimate the effort, resources and timescales needed to complete the project to
the required quality level.
Control department-relevant technical architecture from company product lines, to
successfully and effectively complete engineering deliverables.
Determine the status of a project, (technical and process performance) and direct
execution to ensure that performance is according to plans and schedule, within
project budgets, and satisfies technical objectives.
Manage design verification and validation activities.
Acquire and supply products, services and resources as necessary, balancing the
allocation of resources to achieve greatest risk mitigation and / or opportunity
benefits
Identify, document, validate, and verify final product against requirements
rational way while tracking and controlling costs effectively

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
BA OR BSC DEGREE IN:
Product Management / Mechanical/Electrical/Fluid
Mechanics/Chemistry/Automation/Controls/or Project Engineering in Subsea offshore
manufacturing environment OR significant relevant experience
Experience with current typical Management, Financial, Modelling / Analysis
Softwares
Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management
Fully fluent in English and Portuguese language.
