We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Quality Analyst
to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start a career in quality assurance and software testing. The Quality Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that products and services meet company standards by conducting tests, identifying defects, and collaborating with the development team to improve overall quality. This role requires strong

and the ability to interact with
clients
in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs and issues in software applications.
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
Ability to multitask and work independently
Develop and execute test cases, scripts, and procedures to ensure product quality.
Report defects and work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Document and track testing results, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Participate in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes and testing strategies.
Assist in root cause analysis and suggest preventive measures.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Communicate effectively with clients
to understand requirements, report issues, and provide updates on testing progress.
Required Qualifications:
Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable in
client-facing
roles, able to explain technical issues clearly and professionally.
Basic understanding of software development and testing methodologies.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Selenium, Browserstack, or other testing frameworks is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Internship or academic project experience in software testing or quality assurance.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Previous work in tech or startup related company
Bachelor's Degree (or some college) or related experience
