Position Overview As an International Desk Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing a team and overseeing various processes within the organization. Your responsibilities will include effective team management, coordination, and leadership to achieve desired goals and outcomes. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process (headhunting) for the United States, Canada, and Europe, focusing on middle management, executive roles, and board-level positions. Serve as the key point of communication throughout the hiring process, handling client relationships and maintaining seamless interactions. Collaborate with the CEO and stakeholders to align recruitment goals with the overall business objectives. Stay updated on market trends, industry insights, and talent acquisition best practices to enhance the recruitment process and deliver exceptional results. Qualifications Bachelor's degree completed in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including headhunting, for international markets (United States, Canada, Europe). Advanced English proficiency. Experience recruiting for middle management, executive, and board-level positions, with a successful track record. Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and multi‑priority management skills to meet deadlines. Proficiency with recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems, and relevant software. Proactive mindset and awareness of industry trends to bring innovative talent‑acquisition solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client relationships and stakeholder collaboration.
