We are looking for a Country Manager on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Rio de Janeiro.

Country Manager :
What will your missions and responsibilities be?

Reporting to the Commercial Director, your objective is to develop our services in Brazil.

Your role is to meet the needs of our clients for their technical missions in various sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and life sciences.

As the guarantor of the development of your Business Unit, you will be responsible for commercial development and responding to clients' needs for technical services.

You will be in charge of referencing the office with them.

Your missions:

1- Commercial and Strategic Development:

  • Identify new market opportunities and develop the client portfolio.
  • Commercial prospecting and selling technical services.
  • Negotiating sales contracts and maintaining commercial relationships.
  • Participating in the company's commercial strategy and achieving sales targets.
  • Representing the company to partners and clients.

2- Management and Activity Monitoring:

  • Ensuring the profitability and growth of the entity.
  • Implementing and monitoring performance KPIs.
  • Supervising financial management (budget, P&L, revenue forecasts).
  • Ensuring proper fund inflows and monitoring collections.

3- Recruitment and Management of Technical Consultants:

  • Searching for and recruiting technical consultants.
  • Managing and leading the team of consultants.
  • Career monitoring and skills development of employees.
  • Ensuring the satisfaction and retention of consultants on assignment.
  • 4- Administrative Management and Compliance:

    • Applying internal procedures and local regulations.
    • Managing the administrative aspects of the office (suppliers, invoices, logistics).
    • Legal and regulatory monitoring in collaboration with local partners.
    • Reporting sensitive issues to management.
    • Ensuring the quality of services provided to clients.
  • What profile and skills are required for this Country Manager position in Brazil?

    We are looking for a candidate with a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school or business school, with a specialization in engineering, business, or management. You must have at least 5 years of experience in an industrial consulting firm, with a strong commercial focus.

    You should possess excellent knowledge of the industrial engineering sector and technical professions, as well as mastery of sales, negotiation, and project management techniques. The ability to recruit and lead a team of consultants is essential, as is proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office suite. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory, along with proficiency in English.
