Riser Repair Leader – Macaé

1. xecute, guide, and lead the disassembly/assembly of equipment based on technical drawings, ensuring knowledge of the assembly process and certifying that the equipment meets NOV standards.
2. Analyze inspections following procedures developed by the mechanical technician, ensuring compliance with NOV standards.
3. Identify and analyze problem situations, researching technical alternatives for solutions to ensure proper functioning and extend the equipment's service life, while certifying that they meet NOV standards.
4. Perform visual and dimensional inspections on equipment, reporting their condition and operational status in reports to identify repair needs.
5. Identify and list parts needed for equipment maintenance or repair, assisting the quality department in placing orders with the purchasing department to ensure the requisition adequately supports maintenance and repairs.
6. Assist in planning and executing maintenance on workshop support equipment (Overhead Cranes, HPUs, etc.) according to the AIMS control software.
7. Keep the team trained and performing tasks as described in WIPs.
8. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
9. Comply with the Competency, Levelling, and 6S programs, demonstrating full engagement and responsibility for their implementation.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures established by the Quality Management System and HSE, as well as other Corporate guidelines.
11. Perform other tasks related to the role as assigned.
12. Strive for continuous improvement in activities and operations.
