Organization Transformation of Industry Business Unit Electrification - Automation - Digitalization Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Experienced Professional A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking a qualified and experienced Sales Professional to join our Siemens Energy Brazil team. This professional will oversee the development of strategies for profitable penetration into the Maritime & Offshore segments in Brazil, being responsible for leading the business development process from market assessment up to RFQ receipt, supporting bid preparation from the bid team and customer negotiation. How You’ll Make an Impact •Win profitable orders•Ensure customer satisfaction with assigned shipbuilders and owner/operators.•Develop and implement detailed account plans at key market accounts.•Develops relationship and sponsorship with key decision-makers at key shipyards, offshore O&G owner/operators and naval architects.•Developing and maintaining thorough knowledge of assigned industry structure, applications, terminology, trends, and issues. What You Bring •Knowledge in power, AC/DC Drive Systems and Automation systems, with primary focus on the Marine and Offshore Oil and Gas industries. •Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) experience•Previous marine industry, shipyard or Brazilian Navy experience•Bachelor’s degree in Maritime or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related field. •At least 5 years of experience in sales development related to electrification and automation solutions for the Marine and the Offshore Oil and Gas industries. •Advanced understanding of the technical and regulatory standards and requirements of the Marine and the Offshore Oil and Gas industries.•Fluent in English, written and spoken.•Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence customer.•Ability to work independently.•Ability to travel up to 50%.•Demonstrates Knowledge of Marine market with contacts at shipyards, owner’s operator and naval architects in the Brazil.•Demonstrates knowledge in Offshore O&G electrical, automation and propulsion applications and solutions.•Previous experience selling large, capital new build projects.
