We are looking for Data Migration Lead (SAP Projects), who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will
- Manages the end-to-end process of moving data into SAP systems for transformations, leading teams to define strategy, perform extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), ensuring data quality.
- Support teams following agile methodologies and operating procedures.
Mandatory Skills
- Ability to develop functional specifications, process design, and conduct meetings with clients.
- Develop the overall data migration strategy, approach, and plan for complex, large-scale projects.
- Oversee extraction, transformation, and load (ETL) activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Establish data quality standards, manage data cleaning, and ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.
- Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations, including tools like SAP Data Migration Cockpit (DMC) or SAP Data Services.
- Proven experience leading technical teams in high-pressure environments.
- English is mandatory.
- Completed Bachelor's Degree in Data, IT or a closely related field.
Desirable Skills
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP integrations/implementations projects.
- SAP certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
