We're Hiring: Section Manager for Luxury Fit-Out Projects

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across luxury hospitality, cultural, and themed entertainment sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

ALEC FITOUT is looking for an experienced Section Manager to join our team for prestigious luxury fit-out projects in UAE. If you have a strong background in managing the execution of construction projects, specializing in interior finishes, and ensuring adherence to schedules and quality standards, this is your opportunity to contribute to world-class developments.

  • Please note that this role will be assigned to ALEC FITOUT projects located in the UAE & KSA
  • The position requires a six-day working week, which is mandatory for all site-based roles.
  • Successful candidates must be eligible to obtain a work visa for UAE/KSA

Your Role:

  • Manage on-site execution of all interior finishes, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specs, and timelines.
  • Lead the construction team, prepare detailed look-ahead schedules, and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE standards, resolve technical issues, and proactively close NCRs and snags.
  • Provide accurate progress reports and drive continuous performance improvement on-site

What You’ll Need:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BEng/B-Tech/ND).
  • 10+ years of experience in construction, with a strong focus on fit-out and finishes.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, site coordination, and technical problem-solving.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English
