We are seeking a highly skilled Security Specialist to join our team in Brazil. The ideal candidate will come from an investigation background with a strong understanding of security economics. They will be responsible for investigating internal issues related to financial misappropriation and improving the efficiency of the company's economic flows, while also supporting security functions such as CCTV, access controls, security audits, executive protection, and crisis management. Only resumes in English will be considered What you will do: Conduct investigations into internal issues, including financial misappropriation of funds. Analyze economic flows within the company and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective measures. Manage operational security procedures, including investigations into fraudulent activities and abuse of funds. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Handle crisis management situations effectively, including coordinating with law enforcement and other relevant parties. Support security functions such as CCTV monitoring, access control management, security audits, and executive protection. Proactively suggest proposals to enhance investigative methodology and operating procedures to management. Make meaningful recommendations regarding system/people/process failures or internal and external threats identified during investigations. Escalate all identified risks or emerging risks to line management upon discovery during investigations or interactions with stakeholders. Identify high-risk business units and participate in awareness initiatives when requested, aiming to proactively mitigate risks and strengthen controls within these units. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in operational security, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong background in internal investigations and fraud examinations. Knowledge of economics security, including financial streams within a company, budgeting, vendor assessments, and KYC procedures. Experience working with major global organizations is preferred. Advanced English: C1+ Spanish knowledge is a plus Flexibility to travel within Brazil and potentially to other countries Qualifications in investigative techniques, fraud examination, or related fields are desirable. Strong discipline and ability to work under pressure Diplomatic and adaptable with excellent communication skills.
