About the Role
We are seeking a Billing Analyst to work with the issuance, verification, and control of tax documents for products and services. This professional will be responsible for the correct application of tax legislation, maintaining strong client interaction, supporting internal areas, and generating management reports.
Responsibilities:
- Issue electronic invoices for products and services;
- Verify and correctly apply applicable taxes according to current legislation;
- Ensure compliance with deadlines for monthly billing closure;
- Maintain direct contact with clients, supporting relationship management and resolution of billing or tax-related issues;
- Maintain constant interface with the Commercial team to align client demands, adjustments, and action plans;
- Support internal and external audits by providing tax-related information and documentation;
- Maintain billing and tax records updated and aligned with fiscal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields;
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of tax and fiscal legislation;
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems;
- Advanced English.
Work location: Barra da Tijuca
Work model: Hybrid – 3 days per week in the office
