Job Overview We are actively looking for an International Digital Account Manager to join our wonderful and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with extensive experience in Account Management and excellent communication and client management skills. As an Account Manager at Smart Age Solutions, you'll be a vital part of our superstar team. Your role will focus on strengthening client partnerships and driving growth. Responsibilities: Foster and enhance relationships between clients and the company. Take ownership of client relationships, overseeing onboarding, user adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Identify opportunities for growth (cross-sell & up-sell) based on client needs. Ensure ongoing customer success and serve as a trusted advisor, maximizing the value of our products and services. Collaborate with clients to set and achieve critical goals, delivering exceptional value. Contribute to a top-tier Customer Success unit within a collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of Account Management or sales experience. Proficiency in English is a requirement. Proven track record in account management, customer success, or related roles, showcasing enhanced customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Service-oriented mindset with a talent for balancing commercial outcomes and customer needs. Innate problem-solving skills and a positive outlook. Possession of a Higher Education Degree. Demonstrated experience in E-commerce and navigating the digital landscape. Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Strong time-management capabilities. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
