Summary The Service Delivery Coordinator ensures that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions. Qualifications Have bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Demonstrate solid experience in Completion and Wellbore Intervention activities. Demonstrate previous experience in coordination/management positions in Completion and Wellbore Intervention operations. Be able to fluently speak and write in Portuguese; desirable and (high) Advanced English. Responsibilities Protecting the health and safety of our personnel and the environment. Conducting all activities in line with our non‑negotiables, applicable processes and cultural pillars. Ensuring the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon. Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in MTJC across organizational boundaries. Responsible for scheduling and dispatching of resources in line with job requirements. Primary contact for client for job preparation, execution and close‑out, managing the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes. Be familiar with the assigned client’s process for MOC/escalation to ensure the proper process is followed when there is risk of not achieving the client’s objectives. Prompt escalation of issues that can impact service delivery. Ensure invoice is in line with contract/quote, with no revenue leakage and timely collection of cash. Manage client relationships as the primary contact for job preparation, execution and close‑out. Provide technical support for ongoing projects. Monitor and track service delivery metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes. Plan and prepare completions and wellbore intervention operations with the customer, coordinating resources for the operations and technical support. Be responsible for managing the flow of information required for specific projects. Work in direct contact with the customer, planning, operations and required technical support. Ensure the planning and preparation of operations, following Baker Hughes procedures, to ensure the safety of employees, equipment and the environment. Primary resource for the Service Delivery Manager to assist in executing all activities as outlined in the Manage the Job Cycle process. Accountable for the use of Job Center in location to manage the jobs at hand. Accountable for Technical Review of the job planning, equipment preparation and people readiness. Work with IWS Project Managers and / or other SDC on X‑PL critical tasks within a job. Assist other Service Delivery Coordinators with Technical Peer Reviews. Drive the culture of discipline of the 5 Fundamentals of Service Delivery: Project and Deployment Readiness. Risk Assessment. Management of Change. Incident Management. IMtJC process compliance.
