Rio de Janeiro, Brazil 100% on site Full-time 9.000 Reales About the role Company is a platform that empowers app-based drivers with transparency, profit, and security, not a fintech. We are in an international expansion phase, launching a free app and entering iOS in the United States in the second half of the year. We are looking for a senior professional to act as the strategic layer for paid acquisition across both markets, mentoring and raising the technical bar of the execution team, without running campaigns directly day to day. Why we're hiring Our US accounts are run part-time by someone who also runs Brazil. Our videos are shot with Brazilian team members whose English is solid but whose accent gives them away. It's held up, but drivers spot an outsider fast — the accent, the phrasing, the joke that misses. We want someone who's already part of that world, in our office, deciding what we say and how we say it. The job You run US social You own TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. What goes out, when, and why. You're also on camera — reacts, straight-to-lens takes, your own stuff. If you'd rather stay behind the scenes, this isn't the job. The material is there if you're paying attention. A rate change nobody announced. A deactivation with no explanation. A bonus that quietly disappeared. A bad night on a late shift. And the math almost nobody runs: what's left after gas, mileage, and the hours you didn't get paid for. You bring the idea and the reference. Our US video editor and designer build it. You also steer the two people handling comments and DMs — telling them which threads are worth our time and which aren't, based on the strategy you set. You feed our creators We work with US drivers who make content while they work. You give them angles worth making: what's blowing up on the subreddits, what their audience is arguing about, what we need out there this week. Then you watch what performs and tell them what you learned. Sourcing and contracts stay with our influencer team. You bring the ideas and the read on the culture. You run the community Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord. You're in there for real, not dropping links. Two people support you day to day. You keep our US ambassadors close — 10 drivers now, 50 by the end of the cycle. You show up at driver meetups in the cities we're entering. And you bring back what you're hearing: what hurts, what changed, what the competition is doing. What you need You've lived in the US long enough that the culture is yours. You've made content people watched. Your own accounts, your own numbers. Show us. You're good on camera. You've spent real time in online communities — modding, building something, being a regular. You're already in Brazil and can work from our Rio office. Helps a lot You've driven for one of these apps, or someone close to you has Spanish You look at the numbers and change what you're doing You can cut a rough edit yourself when you want to move fast Skip this one if you want to manage a calendar and brief an agency. The influencer team on creator contracts. On the Brazil side, social, editing, design, influencers and community, all in the same room. Early on we'll be close and you'll run angles by us before they go out. That loosens up as we get to know your judgment. How we work Small team, mostly in the office.
