Make your mark in Distribution How You Will Create An Impact The main responsibilities are: relationship, engagement and pipeline management with brokers. Develop/execute strategies, portfolio management to promote profitable growth with SME Brokers. KPI's management, new business and renewals are also part of the role. The Account Executive will work close to the Territory Leader, Profit Center Managers and Underwriters. What You’ll Need To Succeed Previous experience with sales of commercial lines insurance Effective written, oral communication and presentation skills Well-developed persuasion and negotiation skills Great interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with prospective and existing customers Intermediate English Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent Enjoy Benefits That Take Care Of What Matters At AIG, our people are our greatest asset.
