Description Come join our fast-paced team in a remote, contractor capacity as a Technical / Functional Business Analyst. We are a certified Salesforce partner that helps our clients use AI and other forward-thinking tech to improve their business. In this role, you will serve as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating core requirements into functional and technical solution designs. You will analyze existing business processes, harness data to build impactful reporting dashboards, and collaborate directly with technical teams to drive continuous improvements. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of business analysis experience, strong expertise with modeling tools , and a track record of supporting solution delivery through system testing and quality assurance . English fluency is a MUST for this role! Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered: A1 Beginner A2 Elementary B1 Intermediate B2 Upper-Intermediate C1 Advanced C2 Proficient Responsibilities Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document business requirements. Business Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations. Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data analysis to provide insights that drive decision-making and create reports and dashboards for stakeholders. Solution Design & Documentation: Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and ensure clear documentation for implementation. Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project progress. Testing & Quality Assurance: Participate in system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business requirements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous process and operational improvements and implement best practices. Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Process Modeling: Experience with Business Process Modeling and requirement gathering tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, Mermaid , etc.). Methodology Knowledge: Knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall , etc.). AI: Completed projects where you have implemented AI to a measurable benefit. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Power Point). Nice To Have Certifications: Business Analyst certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA ) are helpful Salesforce: Previous experience leading initiatives for Salesforce is a plus
