  • Tax Coordinator
  • Barra da Tijuca, Rio de Janeiro - RJ

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate monthly closing activities and ensure timely financial closing and reporting.
  • Review general ledger and responsible for statutory, management and tax reporting.
  • Ensure reporting meets requirements and compliance to statutory audit and tax regulations.
  • Maintain and review audit schedules (reconciliation pack).
  • Assist in annual budgeting, monthly variance analysis and rolling forecast.
  • Direct and drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of the corporate accounting function.
  • Ensure adequate controls are in place and procedures are developed and followed.
  • Resolve queries and support other job functions as appropriate.
  • Lead, in liaising with external/internal auditors on annual audit.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by Finance.
  • Maintain and review accounting procedures related of tax issues, finance, processes and make improvements when necessary.
  • Responsible for handling all accounting and tax routines and others.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Administration and equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the offshore oil and gas industry will be a plus.
  • Good behavior and be proactive
  • TEAM Spirit
  • English Advanced
