About the Role:
We seek a highly experiencedTech Lead to join a growing E-learning platform that transforms collaborative learning experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive technical decisions, guide a small team, and contribute to building scalable, modern applications using cutting-edge technologies.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that enhance user engagement and performance, leveragingNext.js , Prisma, PostgreSQL, and AWS . This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, mentoring, and building elegant, maintainable systems from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and architecture of full-stack applications usingNext.js .
- Work hands-on withPrisma andPostgreSQL for efficient database management.
- Oversee deployment and infrastructure tasks usingAWS services.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
- Collaborate with frontend, backend, and mobile teams to align product vision and engineering goals.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
Must Have:
- Proven experience as aTech Lead orSenior Engineer in cross-functional teams.
- Expertise inNext.js for building modern web applications.
- Solid hands-on experience withPrisma ORM.
- Strong knowledge ofPostgreSQL database design and optimization.
- Proficiency withAWS for cloud-based infrastructure, deployment, and monitoring.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity withReact and/orReact Native for UI development.
- Exposure tomobile development orcross-platform solutions.
