Technical Consultant – Broadcast & Streaming Solutions

We’re seeking a Technical Consultant to join a high-performing team supporting one of Europe’s most prominent broadcast and streaming providers. This role involves working hands-on with cutting-edge video delivery technology and supporting large-scale deployments across live TV and IP-based platforms

If you thrive in Linux environments, enjoy solving complex problems, and can communicate confidently with enterprise clients, this is an exciting opportunity to work with next-gen media infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for proprietary media software systems used by a major broadcast customer
• Respond quickly to platform incidents, update stakeholders, and support root-cause analysis
• Support the installation and configuration of video delivery components in both lab and production environments
• Participate in new deployments and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
• Actively manage and resolve backlog tickets
• Participate in a 24/7 support and onsite rota (Heathrow area) after training is completed

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong, proven experience in Linux-based environments (mandatory)
• Advanced troubleshooting skills and experience working with complex systems (mandatory)
• Excellent communication skills with a client-facing mindset
• Previous experience supporting B2B or enterprise-level customers
• Bonus if you have experience with SQL/Oracle/MongoDB or within the Video/OTT ecosystem
