We are excited to announce a potential opportunity for a Unified Communication Consultant focused on the LATAM region. We are specifically seeking candidates located in Brazil who possess fluency in Spanish and Portuguese.

About the Role:

This position requires expertise in Unified Communications, particularly in Zoom, and MS Teams implementation/administration. As a Unified Communication Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless communication solutions for our clients in the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support in the decommission of SfB (Skype for Business) systems.
• Lead the implementation and administration of Zoom and MS Teams platforms.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their communication needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Unified Communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Unified Communications, with specific expertise in SfB (decommission), Zoom, and MS Teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
