Position: Technical Sales Manager
Location: Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
Industry: Maritime and Offshore
As a Technical Sales Manager at M&O in Rio de Janeiro, you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies: Drive business growth by creating and implementing effective sales strategies specific to the maritime and offshore industry in the region.
Cultivate client relationships: Build and maintain strong connections with key clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction across several of our solution categories.
Create business opportunities: Create opportunities for new suppliers with established Brazilian end customers.
Achieve sales targets: Establish, meet and exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
Graduation in Administration, Internation Relations, Production Engineering or related areas.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Maritime and Offshore industry in Sales, Supply Chain or Technical Areas.
Technical experience within at least one of our key equipment categories, e.g. valves & piping, rotating machinery, accommodation, subsea.
Excellent communication, negotiation skills and teamwork abilities.
Strong commercial skills.
Goal-oriented.
Good MS Office, PowerPoint and system tools skills
English Fluency.
Located in Rio de Janeiro or willing to relocate.
Additional Skills (desirable)
Experience with OIC, Platform Owners, Shipowners and Shipyards is a differential.
Experience with CRM/ERPs is a differential.
Experience in international logistics, import/export is a differential.
Experience hosting in exhibitions and events is a differential.
Experience with Petronect, SAP Ariba, Coupa and Shipserv is a differential.
