Requisitos:

M&O Partners is a leading distributor and agent for international equipment manufacturers for the energy industry. For our Rio de Janeiro office, we are looking for Technical Sales Manager, Drilling & Completions, to develop business in Brazil and across South America. The person will work with leading international equipment suppliers to support service companies and energy companies throughout the region, adding value to their operations by offering leading well technology solutions.

Experience

-Familiarity with drilling and completions equipment, planning, and operations.

-Knowledge of industry trends, product capabilities, and service option.

-Experience from a large drilling & completions service company is a plus, but not a prerequisite.

-Proven track record in sales and/or business development within drilling and completions.

Primary responsibilities:

-Responsible in developing sales within company’s strategy, follow up customers and work closely with the organization.

-Follow up goals set for the organization, including revenue plans customers/ geographical area.

-Utilize knowledge of industry trends, product capabilities, and service options to generate new business.

-Follow up all sales orders within company’s used system.

-Close cooperation with M&O clients’ sales force.

-Good reporting skills and timely reporting to Sales Director / VP.

-Main geographical area is Brazil, with extended region as South America.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-Enthusiastic sales skills with agile culture built in.

-Good technical understanding in drilling and completion segment.

-Sound experience from financial control and reporting activities.

-Ability to set plans, execute and measure.

-Ability to travel in Brazil and globally as needed.

-Good reporting skills and timely response to Client Sales Leads.

-Fluent in English, written and spoken.
