TypeScript Tech Lead at BairesDev Join as a TypeScript Tech Lead, where you'll guide the technical direction of projects with your in-depth knowledge of TypeScript and front‑end architectures. Lead a team of developers in delivering complex applications, setting technical standards, and fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. What you will do Define the technical direction and strategy for TypeScript development projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Lead and manage a team of TypeScript developers, setting clear objectives and fostering professional growth. Oversee the entire development lifecycle of TypeScript applications, from concept to deployment. Ensure the adoption of best software development practices, focusing on TypeScript and related technologies. Stay at the forefront of TypeScript development trends, evaluating and implementing cutting‑edge technologies and methodologies. Facilitate communication between the TypeScript development team and other stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success. What we are looking for 7+ years of experience with TypeScript. Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration. In‑depth knowledge of Design Patterns. Advanced IT infrastructure knowledge. Strong experience in application security best practices. Proven track record in developing and integrating large‑scale applications. Expertise in both back‑end and front‑end development areas. Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Expert understanding of client's requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses. Advanced knowledge of the trade‑offs involved in choosing specific technologies or solutions. Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts. Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision‑making, task estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
