We are recruiting Buyer to work for one of our clients

Requirements

Fluent Portuguese and English, if know Chinese is better;
2+ years' experience with purchasing or in a similar position desirable. Experience of working in the oil and gas sector is a plus;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software. Being familiar with the AMOS system from SpecTec Cruise is better;
Strong communication and negotiation skills;
Working carefully and attention to detail;
Good analytical and strategic thinking skills;
