You will support our relaunch of our corporate website to reflect our growing company and recent acquisitions. This role is open to anywhere remote in India or Brazil.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Manage content updates on the WordPress hosted Pivotree website including the resource center, blog, and build new landing pages, demo pages, as needed.
- Develop responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript code when required, QA,A/B test, UI and troubleshoot for various digital assets. Troubleshoot all technical issues across our website.
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and on-page and off-page optimization across our web properties.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, meta tags, content, and linking, and to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Forecast, measure and report on website key metrics, organic traffic, ranking positions, dwell time, return visits and provide and implement recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct owned and competitor site, page audits and analyses to ensure SEO best practice compliance and to benchmark performance to inform strategies and tactics that will help us out-rank and win against competitors.
- Ensure accessibility requirements on the Pivotree website are being met.
- Ongoing monitoring of page speed to ensure A ranking.
**Key Skills and Competencies**:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a web management/developer focused role with a proven track record of successfully planning, testing, executing and optimizing digital properties.
- HTML/CSS expert knowledge is a must.
- Working knowledge of WordPress is required.
- 2+ years experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
- Experience using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar.
- Understanding of the customer user journey and how to optimize the UI/UX experience
- Proven track record of increasing SEO traffic and optimizing web conversion rates
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data on a daily basis
- Collaborative and experienced working with multiple stakeholders across the company such as product, HR, etc.
- Highly organized, results and process driven, and know how to use data to make strategic decisions.
- Strong knowledge of latest web trends and best practices
- Nice to have an eye for web design!
