What You’ll Do: - Assist the team in preparing the ART and Solution Train utilizing a variety of tools, including Program and Solution Kanbans, and other information radiators. - Guide teams through Lean-Agile processes and mindsets. - Provide recommendations for resourcing to solve major bottlenecks. - Encourage team collaboration with System and Solution Architects/Engineers. - Collaborate with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure strategic and executional alignment. - Improve the flow of value through value streams by utilizing the Continuous. - Delivery pipeline and DevOps. - Facilitate system and solution demos.
